INGREDIENTS BREAD FLOUR
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup melted salted butter
1/4 cup fresh milk
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
butter for greasing the pan
INGREDIENTS BAKED EGGS
6 eggs
Ham or bacon (as desired)
scallion
salt
ground black pepper
HOW TO MAKE KOREAN STYLE BAKED EGGS
1. Make bread dough by cracking eggs and mixing with sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.

2. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla flavor, melted butter and fresh milk, stir until the flour dissolves.

3. Spread the melted butter on the kerunpang baking pan. If you don’t have one, you can use a muffin tin or a cupcake tin instead. Pour about 1/4 part of the flour mixture into the pan, crack an egg on top, top with ham, sprinkle with chopped coriander, salt and black pepper.

4. Put the mold in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes, remove from the mold and serve.
